R. L’installation du soumissionnaire doit être conçue de façon à respecter les Exigences techniques de raccordement de centrales au réseau de transport d’Hydro-Québec au point de raccordement. De plus, tous les équipements haute tension seront considérés comme partie intégrante du poste de transformation (ou poste électrique) du projet éolien, assujetti aux modalités prévues relatif à la contribution maximale du Transporteur aux coûts d’un poste de départ.

A. The bidder's installation must be designed to comply with the Exigences techniques de raccordement de centrales au réseau de transport d’Hydro-Québec at the connection point. In addition, all high-voltage equipment will be considered an integral part of the wind farm's transformer station (or substation), subject to the terms governing the Transmission Provider's maximum contribution to the switchyard costs.
