Q. In this section, it says that the same pricing formula will have to be applied to both the energy component and the capacity component (storage) - if there is. However, those two components relate to different commodity. Could we propose different index for each of these two components?

A. As per the instructions included in Annex 5 of the RFP document, if need be, any potential bidder is allowed to request specific indexes not already included in the document. The demand has to be made in writing to the Official Representative and the proposed indexes have to be explicitly approved by the Distributor before being included in the pricing formula of the bidder.

Conformément aux instructions incluses dans l'Annexe 5 du document d’appel d’offres, au besoin, tout soumissionnaire potentiel est autorisé à demander des index spécifiques qui ne sont pas déjà inclus dans le document. La demande doit être faite par écrit au Représentant Officiel et les indices proposés doivent être explicitement approuvés par le Distributeur avant d'être inclus dans la formule de prix du soumissionnaire.
